We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated PPC Manager to join our expanding online lead generation team, in our studio at Bolton Arena.
Your responsibilities will vary from day to day, but will include managing all PPC activities across major advertising platforms (Search, Display and Remarketing) including:
- Researching, implementing and building new campaigns across all platforms such as Google, Bing, Facebook, Twitter and other paid advertising solutions
- Reviewing, tracking and monitoring all campaigns and A/B testing to get the best results
- Filter and review keywords for low CTR / low quality / low conversion
- Reviewing and split testing landing pages to improve website conversion
- Writing creative copy and content to be used in advertisements
- Working closely with the team to devise creative new promotional ideas
- Helping with other day-to-day marketing
- Previous experience is essential
Although we’re relatively new to the digital scene, we have big plans and a growing list of ideas to bring to life. Applicants must be comfortable working across multiple projects at any one time and using their knowledge, experience and initiative to get the job done to a great standard.

Who we’re looking for
The ideal candidate is a great team player with full English proficiency, as well as familiarity and a working knowledge of the following:
- At least 2 years experience in PPC
- Passionate about all things marketing, SEO and PPC
- Good understanding of GA
- Experienced with competition analysis across a number of industries
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Able to analyse data and convey recommendations effectively
- Understanding of ROAS
- Can manage their time and workload effectively
Wherever required you will be given access to freelancers and external resources, however we’re ideally looking for someone who can manage a campaign from start to finish.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and isn’t intimidated by knowledge sharing or constant learning in an ever-changing landscape.
